Hydrite Chemical Co. and Thatcher Company Announce Joint Venture

Hydrite Chemical Co., and Thatcher Company of California, Inc, are pleased to announce the formation of a
new joint venture. The joint venture, named Sacramento Ag Products, LLC (“Sac-Ag”), will focus on producing
thiosulfate chemistries for the West Coast agricultural market and bisulfites for industrial market applications.
Hydrite and Thatcher are both leading manufacturers of sulfur derivatives in the USA.


Sac-Ag will be producing product by November 2021 and is based in Sacramento, California.
